Role Description The Content Research Expert is a full-time remote role responsible for conducting in-depth research to support PPStack’s educational content, learning products, and thought leadership initiatives. This role involves gathering and analyzing market and industry data, identifying emerging trends in EdTech, AI, and digital skills, and transforming findings into clear, actionable insights for curriculum designers, content writers, and product teams.

The Content Research

Expert will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate content ideas, refine program structures, and ensure that learning materials remain accurate, current,



and aligned with industry needs. Daily activities include designing research frameworks, synthesizing complex information into structured briefs, contributing to research and development initiatives, and presenting evidence-based recommendations to internal teams.

Qualifications

- Strong research capabilities, including Research and Research and Development (R&D;) skills for exploring emerging trends and validating content topics.
- Market Research and Analytical Skills to assess learner needs, industry requirements, competitive landscapes, and program effectiveness.
- Excellent Communication skills to present insights clearly, create structured research reports, and collaborate with content, product, and training teams.
- Experience working with data sources, reports, and industry publications; familiarity with EdTech, AI, or digital skills domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Education, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with productivity and research tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online databases); experience with AI-assisted research tools is beneficial.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for lifelong learning and improving the quality and impact of educational content.
