At Shree Swayam, we are expanding our creative operations. We are looking for an all-round Content & Visual Designer who can seamlessly transition between print layout design, social media visuals, short-form video editing, and content publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Print & Layout Design (InDesign): Design and paginate multi-page brochures, company profiles, catalogs, newsletters, and printable marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign.
- Digital & Social Graphics: Create eye-catching banners, ad creatives, infographics, and promotional graphics for digital platforms.
- Video Editing: Cut, assemble, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ad promos) complete with captions, transitions, sound overlays, and basic motion graphics.
- Social Media Management: Plan content calendars, publish/schedule posts, write captions, research hashtags, and monitor account performance across social channels.
- Pre-Press & File Delivery:



Prepare print-ready PDFs (bleed, CMYK, crop marks) and digital-optimized exports.

Requirements & Technical Skills

- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced hands-on experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Video Software: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Publication & Layout Knowledge: Robust understanding of typography, grid systems, page setup, paragraph styles, and print standards.
- Social Media Operations: Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube publishing tools.
- Portfolio Requirement: Submissions must include a link to a portfolio featuring multi-page document layouts (InDesign), social graphics, and video edit samples.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
