Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Content Creator & Reels Presenter in Hindi. The role involves ideating and scripting short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and similar formats, in Hindi with clear, engaging delivery on camera.

The person in this role will record and present content regularly, collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align topics with brand goals, and adapt technical or product information into easy, audience-friendly narratives. Daily tasks include planning contents, coordinating shoots, reviewing footage, working on finalizing videos, optimizing content for social media engagement,



and monitoring performance metrics to refine future content.

Qualifications

- Strong Hindi speaking and presentation skills, with clear diction and confidence on camera.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and storylines for short-form video content.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and audience engagement.
- Comfort with explaining technology or software-related topics in simple, relatable language.
- Good time management and organizational skills to handle a regular content schedule.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with marketing, design, and development teams on-site.
- Familiarity with basic video shooting (using smartphones or cameras) and editing; video editing knowledge is an advantage.
- Prior experience in content creation, vlogging, theatre, anchoring, or public speaking is a plus.
- Willingness to learn continuously and adapt content style based on feedback and performance analytics.
