About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to help build and grow a personal/brand presence across social platforms. You'll be responsible for ideating, planning, filming, editing, and posting content — with a strong focus on short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that has genuine viral potential. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who lives and breathes social trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts (and other platforms as needed)
- Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels optimized for reach and engagement
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, challenges, and content styles — and adapt them quickly
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, captions, hashtags, and community engagement
- Track content performance (views, engagement, follower growth) and iterate based on what's working
- Collaborate on brand voice, aesthetic, and overall content strategy
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas proactively — not just execute briefs

Requirements





- Proven track record of creating reels/videos that have gone viral or achieved solid organic reach (portfolio/examples required)
- Strong understanding of short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Deep familiarity with current social media trends, memes, and platform algorithms
- Basic filming skills (can shoot on phone with good framing, lighting, sound awareness)
- Experience managing social media accounts end-to-end (planning, posting, engagement)
- Highly organized — able to manage a content calendar and hit posting deadlines
- Energetic, enthusiastic, camera-comfortable (on-camera experience a big plus)
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and bring ideas to the table

Nice to Have

- Experience growing a personal brand or influencer account from scratch
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Copywriting skills for captions/hooks
- Understanding of GEO/SEO or content discoverability trends (bonus, given your background)

Pay: ₹11,363.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
