Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Content & Social Media Executive to create engaging content and manage social media activities across multiple platforms. The role will involve content writing, social media planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking. Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM is expected, but specialised expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across relevant platforms
- Write captions, copy, headlines, blogs, and other marketing content
- Manage social media publishing, scheduling, and audience engagement
- Research trends, competitors, and relevant topics to develop content ideas
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, marketing teams, and clients
- Develop content ideas and creative briefs for campaigns
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform developments




- Understand basic SEO and SEM concepts and coordinate with performance marketing teams when required

- Excellent writing, communication, and copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviour
- Creative thinking and ability to develop fresh content ideas
- Good understanding of brand voice and digital communication
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM concepts
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams

Qualifications & Certifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Marketing is an advantage
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media management tools preferred

Experience & Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Proven experience creating and managing digital and social media content
- Experience with social media calendars, publishing, and engagement
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content writing and/or social media work
- Agency or multi-brand experience is preferred
- SEO/SEM specialisation is not required; basic working knowledge is sufficient
