AARVA is looking for a full-time Content Creator & Brand Media Executive in South Delhi.

We're not looking for someone who only knows how to edit videos.

We want someone who sees content opportunities, picks up the camera, shoots, experiments, posts consistently and takes initiative without being chased.

What you'll work on:

- Shoot daily restaurant, food, crowd & BTS content
- Create and post Reels + Stories consistently
- Come up with content ideas and adapt trends
- Basic, fast video editing
- Create simple Canva/ad creatives
- Help shoot and edit personal-brand/business content
- Plan shoots and maintain a content calendar/library
- Cover AARVA's upcoming second outlet and launch content

We're looking for someone who:

- Has strong shooting/content instincts
- Understands Instagram & short-form content
- Can work fast and prioritize volume
- Takes initiative and keeps improving
- Has ~6+ months of content experience




- Is comfortable with adaptable timings and evening/weekend shoots
- Preferably lives within ~4 km of Neb Sarai/Saket

Equipment including iPhone, Sony camera, GoPro, Meta Ray-Bans, lights, microphones and editing laptop can be provided. Salary: ₹16,000–₹20,000/month

Performance incentive: Up to ₹3,000–₹5,000/month

Joining: Immediate

There is significant room to grow with us. As AARVA expands and our content operation grows, the right person can eventually move toward a Creative Lead / Head of Content position.
