Role Summary

PolyCycl is seeking a Content Associate to support the company’s external communication and storytelling efforts across digital and visual formats.

The role involves working closely with the Brand, Content & Communications Lead, founder and technical teams to document and translate real-world R&D;, engineering and industrial work into clear, engaging and high-quality visual and digital content. The scope spans graphics, short-form videos, LinkedIn creatives, documentation of on-ground work, visual storytelling and execution of the broader communication strategy.

This is not a generic social media management role. The position requires curiosity, visual thinking, consistency and the ability to engage with technical and industrial environments.

This is not a conventional communications role. It offers the chance to work at the forefront of technology-led category building in circular economy and industrial sustainability; build content grounded in real engineering,



R&D; and plant-level work; develop a strong portfolio of high-quality B2B and deep-tech communication work; and work closely with leadership to contribute to how the company is understood externally.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Development

Create graphics, carousels and visual communication for LinkedIn, presentations and external communication.

Video & Media Content

Capture and edit short-form videos, reels and visual snippets from the R&D; centre, events and technical discussions.

Documentation of Company Work

Document ongoing work across R&D;, engineering, pilot plant and company activities through photos, videos and structured content.

Content Execution

Work with the Brand, Content & Communications Lead to execute the monthly content calendar and communication priorities.

Design & Brand Consistency

Maintain consistency in visual language, formatting and communication quality across channels.

Events & External Engagement

Support communication and content requirements for webinars, exhibitions, site visits and ecosystem events.

Digital & Website Support

Assist with website updates, content formatting and digital communication requirements.

Candidate Profile

A. Experience & Industry Exposure

3–6 years of experience in roles involving content creation, visual communication or digital media, such as:

- Content and media roles in startups or agencies
- Graphic design and digital communication
- Social media and visual storytelling
- Video editing and short-form content creation
- Communication support roles in B2B, technology or impact-oriented organizations

Experience working on content or communication that required synthesis, judgment and structured thinking will be preferred over purely execution-driven roles. B.

Is able to convert technical discussions into clear narratives, translate narratives into clear and clean visual presentations, prioritize what matters and avoid noise, and maintain consistency of tone across formats. Tools & System Orientation Familiarity with modern tools for communication and content development, including:

- Canva or similar design tools
