Role – Renewals – Voice process

Position Description The Consultant – Call Centre Renewals will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions related to policy renewals. This role focuses on educating customers, ensuring timely renewal closures, and contributing to retention goals while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to policy renewals.

Educate customers on renewal processes, premium payment options, and policy advantages.

Follow up with customers for pending renewals and ensure timely closure.

Address customer queries and resolve issues related to renewal payments or policy status.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets and contribute to retention goals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies during customer interactions.





Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and process improvements.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience: 0.5–2 years in call center operations, preferably in life insurance or financial services.

Exposure to customer service and telecalling roles is an advantage.

Technology Skills

CRM tools and call center software.

MS Excel and MS Word.

Basic knowledge of policy administration systems.

Behavioral Traits

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Customer-centric approach.

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.

Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business Administration preferred).

Preferred stream: Commerce / Business Administration (not mandatory).

Language : Hindi / English / Any South Indian Language
