Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any Stream
- Freshers and up to 2 Years of experience
- Proficiency in English and at least one other regional language
- Comfortable with use of Digital Tools such as Emails, Calls and CRM systems
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently professionally through calls and emails, within defined service standards.
- Adhere to Internal process, RBI regulations and achieve and maintain prescribed quality audit scores.
