Containerization & Kubernetes (Docker, Kubernetes)

React.js for internal tools, dashboards, and platform interfaces

SQL & NoSQL Databases

Hybrid / Multi-Cloud Workplace Experience

Banking / Financial Services Domain Exposure

Data Quality Frameworks & Monitoring Tools

Key requirements:

12+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer.

Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available applications across cloud and on-prem environments.

Strong experience in code reviews, coding standards,



and engineering best practices.

Experience handling production support, incident management, RCA, reliability, and performance optimization.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

Experience working in Agile environments with backlog grooming and user story refinement.

Ability to collaborate with global teams, provide technical leadership, and support a follow-the-sun/on-call model.

Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, troubleshooting, and debugging production issues.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
