Your work profile

- Lead SAP MM workstream activities across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements within SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Conduct business workshops to gather procurement, inventory, and supply chain requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

- Configure and support core SAP MM processes, including Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Valuation.

- Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design and optimization in alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.

- Configure and maintain procurement-related functionalities such as release strategies, account determination, pricing procedures, source determination, and purchasing document management.

- Support material and vendor master data governance, data migration, validation, and cleansing activities during project implementations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.

- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, and enhancements.

- Lead Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.

- Deliver user training sessions, knowledge transfer, and process documentation to ensure successful system adoption.

- Troubleshoot procurement and inventory management issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.





- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and support continuous process improvements across procurement and supply chain functions.

Key Requirements:

- 6-10+ years of SAP MM consulting experience with strong hands-on configuration expertise.

- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Strong expertise in Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master, Vendor Master, and P2P processes.

- Hands-on experience in configuring release strategies, account determination, pricing procedures, valuation, and procurement workflows.

- Strong understanding of integration between SAP MM and FI, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other related SAP modules.

- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.

- Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate effectively with development and integration teams.

- Experience in data migration, master data management, and cutover activities during SAP implementations.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage directly with business users and client leadership.

- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP Sourcing, Supplier Collaboration, or other procurement solutions will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel to client locations as required and work in a client-facing consulting role.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification is preferred.

- Additional certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or SAP-related technologies will be an added advantage.

- Experience in global procurement processes and large-scale transformation programs is desirable.
