Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Consultant / Principal Consultant with a strong integration background, proven leadership ability, and deep hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be able to lead teams while contributing as an Individual Contributor (IC) on complex integration projects, ensuring the highest delivery standards.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and strong expertise in system integration and API-led connectivity.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams; ability to drive outcomes and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end application and integration architecture, with the ability to design, review, and optimize API and data flow.

- Proficient in building Mule 4 applications using Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.

- Expertise in DataWeave, RAML/OAS specifications, and API lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience with CloudHub and Runtime Fabric deployments.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps), Git-based version control, and integration best practices.

- Strong communication skills able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects,



and cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases; strong understanding of database concepts and stored procedures.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan, and execute end-to-end delivery for self and team members.

- Skilled in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high- quality deliverables.

Good to have Skills:

- Experience designing and implementing MuleSoft APIs as per business requirements.

- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components: Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, etc.

- Exposure to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure Portal for CI/CD setup and deployments.

- Understanding of API security, governance, and performance optimization.

- Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, or other backend integration technologies.
