THE OPPORTUNITY

With offices in Pune, Bengaluru and Singapore, the firm is now focused on expanding its engagement in the Hyderabad region. The role will be based in Hyderabad, with frequent travel to client locations across Hyderabad and Bengaluru as required to support consulting engagements, client relationships and business development priorities.

The incumbent will help establish PeopleWizs market presence, deepen key client relationships, create new business opportunities and progressively build a strong consulting footprint in Hyderabad region.

We are looking for someone driven less by designation and more by ambition. Formal qualification matters far less than the desire to think, build and operate like an entrepreneur. Someone who has spent time in the corporate world in HR function for a minimum of 5 years and now wants to create, experiment and take ownership beyond conventional reporting lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support strategic Initiatives of PeopleWiz

- Develop the Hyderabad growth roadmap by mapping priority client segments and aligning PeopleWizs consulting portfolio to emerging market needs.
- Position PeopleWiz as a preferred HR and People Consulting partner for GCCs and growth enterprises, while taking ApriCOT—our AI-enabled Assessment & Development platform—to the market through differentiated solutions.
- Help build PeopleWiz’s Hyderabad consulting capability by developing client relationships, strengthening the partner ecosystem and supporting the creation of a scalable local consulting team.

2. Business Development for Hyderabad with a focus on GCC market





- Build relationships with CHROs, GCC leaders, founders and senior decision-makers; identify people and organisation challenges and position relevant PeopleWiz offerings.
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation and solution presentation through proposal, commercial closure, advance payment and account development.
- Build a credible PeopleWiz presence within Hyderabad’s GCC, technology and growth-company ecosystem and develop long-term key accounts.

3. Provide HR advisory service to key clients

- Provide high-quality HR Advisory services to existing and new clients across the region, addressing strategic and operational people priorities with practical, business-aligned solutions.
- Uphold exceptional client satisfaction through responsive engagement, rigorous execution, strong stakeholder management and consistent delivery against agreed outcomes.
- Deepen client value by proactively identifying emerging organisational needs, recommending relevant PeopleWiz interventions and converting insights into measurable improvements in workforce effectiveness, leadership capability and organisational performance.

Improve the footprint of ApriCOT – AI-enabled Leadership Assessment & Development in the region

- Demonstrate ApriCOT to prospective clients and articulate relevant use cases across leadership assessment, selection, development, succession and coaching.
- Understand client requirements, facilitate pilots and integrate ApriCOT into broader PeopleWiz consulting solutions wherever relevant.
- Capture market feedback and contribute to adoption, client experience and continuing evolution of the platform.

5. Build the Hyderabad HR Ecosystem

- Build and maintain a high-quality network of recruiters, labour-law consultants, trainers, payroll providers, coaches and specialist HR partners.
- Evaluate ecosystem partners on capability, reliability, commercial viability, responsiveness and alignment with PeopleWiz standards.
- Leverage the ecosystem to strengthen PeopleWiz’s cutting-edge offering “HR-on-Wheels” and provide clients with an integrated HR solution.

WHAT SUCCESS WOULD LOOK LIKE Growth in the region, contract renewals from existing clients, high-quality consulting delivery, new business conversion, growth of existing accounts, ApriCOT opportunities, development of a dependable Hyderabad HR ecosystem and increasing ability to independently manage clients, commercial discussions and senior stakeholders.
