- Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end construction and interior projects from commencement to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and scope.
- Site Management
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and interior works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress against approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Identify site issues and take timely corrective actionss
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
