? We’re Hiring! Compliance Manager ?

BrightCHAMPS is expanding, and we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team at our HSR Layout office in Bengaluru!

? Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work From Office) ⏳ Experience: 1–3 Years ? Qualification: CA (Mandatory) | CA Inter / CPA (Preferred) ?️ Work Schedule: 6 days working with rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance across India and international entities (Singapore, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and more).
- Own compliance calendars, filings, documentation, and reporting.




- Support FEMA and international compliance requirements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor energetic regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.

What We’re Looking For:

- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, finance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliance.
- Exposure to FEMA and international compliance (a big plus!).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Diploma or Certification in FEMA or International Compliance is an added advantage.
