To establish a centralized, transparent and proactive HR compliance framework covering the Head Office, Projects, Construction Sites and Contractors, ensuring that the organization remains legally compliant, audit-ready and protected from statutory, financial and reputational risks.

Requirements:

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in HR statutory/labour compliance.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, engineering, manufacturing or project-based organizations preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of BOCW, CLRA and multi-site/contract labour compliance.
- Solid experience in multi-site/project and contractor compliance is highly desirable.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance across Head Office, Projects and Construction Sites.
- Manage BOCW registration and compliances for applicable projects/sites.
- Manage CLRA registration/licensing and compliances,



including contractor/sub-contractor compliance.
- Ensure timely statutory registrations, licences, renewals, returns and payments.
- Monitor PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour and other applicable compliances.
- Conduct periodic HR compliance audits at sites and projects.
- Monitor contractor/sub-contractor statutory compliance and documentation.
- Maintain compliance calendars, MIS and site-wise compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with Labour Department/Statutory Authorities for inspections, notices and compliances.
- Track changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure corrective action and closure.
