Antahā

Antahā is a global movement creating micro-communities across major cities to address loneliness at scale. Built on three core values: Compassion, Connection, Community.

The ambition is large. The method is intimate. Loneliness is not solved by reach alone, by digital tools, or by any system that removes the human from the centre. It is solved by people who actually show up — for one another, for an evening, for a quiet space to belong in.

About the Work

Sitender Sehrawat is a teacher shaped by years of monastic living in the Himalayas. His work spans teaching, hosting signature events and intimate gatherings, and private one-on-one consulting. The work is active across Europe, the US, and the Gulf, and it is scaling fast across cities and continents.

The Role

We're looking for a Community Manager to join Antahā — the person who builds, holds, and grows the human network around Sitender's work. You know how to turn a room of strangers into a returning community.

You will run the day-to-day across event logistics, the founder's speaking and teaching calendar, marketing, and social media that keep them coming back. This role suits someone equal parts organized and intuitive: capable of tracking a member list down to the last detail and sensing what a person, a room, or a relationship needs. You will work closely with a distributed team across India, Europe, and the US.

What You Will Do

- Own end-to-end event logistics — venues, vendors, travel, run-of-show, and on-ground coordination for events, gatherings, and retreats

- Manage community logistics for events and gatherings — invitations, RSVPs, on-ground hosting, and follow-up that keeps people connected after the event ends
- Run and grow the online community spaces (WhatsApp/Discord/Circle or similar) as well as offline ones— event flow and brand consistency ensured
- Own social media as a community channel — content calendars, engagement, campaigns, event PR
- Coordinate with the founder's calendar and distributed team to make sure community needs (a new city, a returning member, a partner introduction) are never dropped.

Who You Are

Essential

- Community/Social Media Managers in early stages of your career (1–3 years experience)
- Proficient in Social Media Management, Canva, Video Editing, Meta Ads Manager
- Exceptional organiser who thrives across many moving parts without losing the details
- Strong written communicator with a feel for tone and community voice
- Self-motivated - you don't need to be managed
- Drawn to the work of stillness and inner growth, and at ease in a space that values presence over noise

Preferred

- Experience supporting a founder or community
- Background in events, hospitality, or a rapid-moving operation with many moving parts
- A personal practice in meditation, somatic work, or related modalities
- Multilingual (Italian, Arabic, or others a plus)

Personal Qualities

- You hold complexity calmly — many threads at once, nothing dropped
- Quiet confidence and sound judgement; people trust you with what matters
- Discretion, depth, and integrity in all things
- A genuine desire to grow through this work, inwardly as well as professionally

What You Receive

- Competitive compensation, with structure and benefits discussed directly based on experience and location
- A rare seat at the centre of a growing body of work — teaching, events, and a movement being planted across cities worldwide
- Direct collaboration with the founder and a depth of perspective few roles offer
- Access to all events and sessions as a participant — your own growth is part of the role
- Room to grow as the work expands across the US, Europe, the Gulf, and beyond

Education & Background

We don't pay much attention to where you went to school — or whether you did. A degree is welcome but not necessary. What matters is capability, character, and care. We're looking for the kind of person whose reliability and judgement have shaped the path they've walked, however unconventional that path has been.

Compensation & Onboarding

This role begins with an 8-week probation period. Upon review of performance, delivery, and fit, we would be happy to convert it to a full-time role. Initially, we could offer a stipend of 7-9L based on experience.

To Apply

Send a personal note to [email protected] — not just a CV. Tell us who you are, what draws you to this work, and why this role calls to you. We won't respond to generic applications; we're looking for a specific kind of human being, and we'll know when we find them.
