- Focus on high participation, low cost, high impact events Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
- Design structured parent engagement touchpoints
- Act as a bridge between students, parents & management
- Coordinate with wardens, operations & security Retention & Experience Management
- Track student sentiment & feedback
- Identify early dissatisfaction signals
- Support ops team to reduce dropouts & complaints Discipline, Safety & Crisis Support
