We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Communicative English – Guest Faculty to train students enrolled in IATA/Aviation Diploma programs and Undergraduate programs (BBA & BTS). The faculty member will focus on enhancing students’ spoken English, skilled communication, and industry-specific language skills required for aviation and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Communicative English classes for Aviation Diploma (IATA) and Graduation students (BBA & BTS)
- Improve students’ speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence
- Train students in professional communication, presentations, group discussions, and interviews
- Incorporate aviation and corporate communication scenarios into teaching
- Prepare lesson plans, activities, and practical exercises




- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain discipline and create an engaging classroom environment

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (Aviation/Corporate training is an advantage)
- Ability to handle students from diverse academic backgrounds
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Masters in English

Experience:

- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
- Experienced faculty/trainers preferred

Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹8,616.38 - ₹20,000.00 per month
