Flings is a new contemporary bar and food concept in Mumbai, currently building its opening kitchen team.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Commis 2/3 candidates with professional kitchen experience who want to grow with a new restaurant team.

Responsibilities

- Daily mise en place and ingredient preparation
- Vegetable and protein preparation
- Assist senior chefs during service
- Execute dishes according to recipes and plating standards
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and organisation
- Assist with stock storage, labelling and rotation
- Support menu trials and kitchen R&D;

Requirements




- 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience preferred
- Western/Continental experience preferred
- Positive basic knife and prep skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Clean, hardworking and reliable
- Willingness to learn and grow
