Bridgeway Infra Movers LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Officer to manage and coordinate commercial activities across Sales, Service, Parts, and Warranty operations throughout the assigned territory from Palakkad to Trivandrum.

The candidate will be responsible for commercial documentation, billing, collections, service and parts transactions, warranty claim coordination, reporting, and coordination with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial activities related to Sales, Service, Parts, and Warranty operations.
- Coordinate with Sales teams for quotations, sales orders, invoicing, customer documentation, and machine delivery.
- Coordinate with Service teams regarding estimates, job cards, service billing, customer approvals, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with Parts teams regarding parts quotations, sales, billing, procurement, returns, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Warranty teams for warranty claim documentation, submission, follow-up, approval, and settlement.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Sales, Service,



Parts, and Accounts teams for timely collections.
- Ensure all required documents and approvals are completed before billing and delivery.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of pending orders, invoices, payments, warranty claims, and other commercial transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports for management.
- Coordinate with customers, banks/finance companies, suppliers, JCB/OEM teams, and internal departments.
- Identify and resolve commercial and documentation-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company commercial policies, procedures, and approval processes.
- Travel across the assigned territory from Palakkad to Trivandrum as required for commercial coordination and branch support.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
