Your responsibilities would be
- Preparation of commercial offers in response to customer requirements through coordination with the different departments where their participation is necessary.
- Requesting quotations from different suppliers.
- Making commercial and technical tabulations for price comparisons and their correct analysis.
- Collaborate with all the departments involved in the development of the project from the bidding phase to the "close out" of the awarded order,
- Preparation of internal documentation according to established procedures.
- Negotiation within the established margins, of the commercial conditions, payment methods, deadlines, discounts, etc... with both customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position assuming the detailed functions in companies of the same or related sectors.
- Knowledge of industrial materials, especially
Pumps is highly valued.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP is a plus.
