About the Role

We are hiring Debt Negotiation Specialists to handle client and creditor interactions and negotiate suitable debt-resolution solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact banks, lenders, collection agencies, and creditors regarding outstanding debts.
- Negotiate reduced settlement amounts, interest rates, and payment plans.
- Explain settlement options, terms, timelines, and risks to clients clearly.
- Handle customer concerns and difficult conversations professionally.
- Maintain accurate account records, follow-ups, and negotiation details in CRM.
- Ensure all communication follows applicable compliance and regulatory standards.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good understanding of financial information and debt-settlement processes.




- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Collections, Debt Settlement, Customer Service, BPO, Telecalling, Banking, or Financial Services will be preferred international Process

Experience with law firms or debt negotiation/settlement companies will be an added advantage.
