Commercial Finance Lead - East Branch

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The Commercial Finance Lead will drive business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

- They will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and forecasts.

- They will analyze profitability and identify areas for improvement in pricing and trade spend.

- The role involves managing revenue and ensuring effective sales finance strategies.

- They will collaborate with the general management team (GTM) to drive business expansion.

Job Requirements :

- The ideal candidate should have experience in business finance, finance business partnering, FP&A;, P&L;, GTM,



forecasting, profitability, commercial finance, sales finance, pricing, trade spend, and revenue management.

- A strong understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control is required.

- Experience working with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes is necessary.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.

- Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively convey complex financial information.
