Job Purpose:

Maximize resolution, rollbacks, normalization, recoveries.

Execute collection strategies.

Ensure process adherence.

Liaise with other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage monthly resolution, rollback, recovery targets.

Review field follow-up, monitor agency performance.

Achieve money collection targets.

Conduct yard visits, report discrepancies.

Ensure timely allocation, field follow-up.

Address disputes, highlight sensitive accounts.

Update trails in web-collections.

Optimize agency resource usage.

Ensure recorded calls, field visit updates.

Adhere to Bank processes.

Manage cash deposit, receipt processes.

Oversee repo process.

Conduct monthly training.

Process vendor bills.

Ensure system, HHT usage.

Manage field/referral vendors.





Ensure vendor compliance.

Monitor agency performance.

Ensure DRA certification, police verification.

Ensure vendor code of conduct.

Meet yard inventory, sale targets.

Coordinate with Sales for feedback.

Coordinate with Local Operations/CPU.

Engage with Process team.

Work with Collection Agencies.

Follow bank's code of conduct.

Conduct agency code of conduct training.

Complete mandatory HR trainings.

Initiate legal action for delinquent cases.

Coordinate with legal team.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA/Post Graduate/Graduate
