Responsibilities:

- Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold starters, sauces, dressings and other cold kitchen items.

- Assist in food preparation, cutting, chopping and portioning.

- Maintain proper food quality, taste and presentation.

- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work area.

- Store and handle food items properly.

- Assist the kitchen team during events and catering operations.

- Ensure timely preparation and service of food.

✅ Requirements:

- Previous experience in Cold Kitchen / Catering / Hotel industry preferred.

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.

- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts and event timings.

- Freshers with basic kitchen knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
