About the Role : Bootcoding is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Coding Trainer to join us on a part-time basis. Your primary mission will be to transform students into job-ready developers. If you are an industry professional, freelancer, or an experienced educator who loves writing clean code and explaining complex logic in the simplest terms, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Teaching & Coding: Conduct interactive live training sessions focusing 20% on concepts and 80% on hands-on practical coding.
- DSA Training: Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (Arrays, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming) with live problem-solving.
- Full Stack & AI/ML: Guide students through building real-world Full Stack applications and integrating fundamental AI/ML components.
- Code Reviews & Evaluation: Review student repositories, evaluate assignments daily, and debug their code during live sessions.
- Interview Readiness: Conduct mock coding rounds and prepare students for technical interviews.
Requirements & Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong command over DSA using Java, C++, or Python, alongside Full Stack technologies (MERN, Java, or Python stack) and basics of AI/ML.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Technical Trainer with strong industry practices.
- Communication: Ability to break down complex architectural patterns and algorithms into beginner-friendly explanations.
- Availability: Flexible to commit to evening or weekend batches.
