Qualification

ITI – Machinist / Turner / Fitter or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Experience

- 1–5 years experience in CNC / VMC machine operation preferred.
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualification may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC / VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Perform machine setting and tool changing.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Maintain required quality and production standards.
- Identify basic machine or tooling problems.




- Follow production schedules and instructions.
- Maintain machine and work area cleanliness.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Technical Skills

- CNC / VMC Machine Operation
- Basic Engineering Drawing Reading
- Tool Setting & Tool Change
- Vernier Caliper / Micrometer
- Component Inspection
- Basic G-Code / M-Code Knowledge
- Production & Quality Control
