Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die / Manufacturing Engineering

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, prepare, and optimize CNC machining programs for precision components and tool-room applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, cutting parameters, and drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify CNC programs based on engineering drawings and component requirements.
- Set appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
- Optimize machining programs to improve cycle time, tool life, and component quality.
- Coordinate with the Tool Room, Production, Design, and Quality teams.
- Identify and resolve machining/programming-related issues.
- Conduct program prove-out and ensure safe and accurate machine operation.




- Maintain CNC programs, tooling details, and related production records.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Experience in CNC/VMC/HMC programming will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of tool-room and precision machining practices.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.
