Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Turning Programmer role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The CNC Turning Programmer will develop, optimize, and revise CNC programs for turning operations, ensuring efficient machining of valve components and related parts. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and adjusting cutting parameters to meet tolerance and surface finish requirements.

The role involves monitoring production runs, troubleshooting machining issues, and collaborating with operators, engineers, and quality teams to maintain safety, quality,



and productivity. The CNC Turning Programmer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, document programs and process changes, and support preventive maintenance and proper machine usage.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong CNC Programming and Programming skills for turning operations and related processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills to support component manufacturing and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret Technical Drawing for precision part production.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in CNC turning within a production or valve manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, tolerances, and quality inspection methods is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and commitment to workplace safety are key.
- Ability to work collaboratively on the shop floor and adapt to production schedules and priorities.
