Core Technical Skills

Machine Operation &

- Setup

- Strong knowledge of CNC punching and bending machine operation and setup.

- Expertise in tool selection, machine parameters, tooling setup, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to optimize machine settings to achieve required productivity and quality.

Drawing &

- Programming

- Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

- Basic knowledge of nesting, CNC punching programs, and press brake bending programs.

- Understanding of material specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and bending requirements.

Quality &

- Maintenance

- Knowledge of first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.

- Ability to identify and rectify fabrication defects.

- Knowledge of routine and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

- Understanding of productivity improvement and rejection reduction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning

- Plan and allocate daily production schedules based on priority and machine capacity.

- Assign jobs and manpower across different shifts.

- Monitor machine utilization and ensure production targets are achieved.

- Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Team Leadership

- Supervise and guide CNC machine operators.





- Provide training to operators on machine operation, tooling, safety, and quality requirements.

- Monitor shop-floor performance and productivity.

- Coordinate with CNC programmers, fabrication teams, maintenance, and the Quality Control department.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure strict implementation of shop-floor safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Ensure proper use of PPE by all operators.

- Maintain valuable housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.

- Ensure safe operation and handling of machines, tools, and sheet metal materials.

Preferred Additional Skills

- Experience with Trumpf CNC Turret Punch and Laser Cutting Machines will be preferred.

- Knowledge of hydraulic CNC Press Brake operations.

- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes and manufacturing workflow.

- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under production pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,732.76 per month
