Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day-to-day activities include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, loading materials, and adjusting machine parameters to ensure accurate and efficient machining. The role involves conducting in-process inspections, performing basic maintenance on machinery,



and collaborating with the quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues.

The CNC Machine Operator is also expected to maintain a protected and organized work area and follow all company procedures and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Machine Operation and CNC Machining, including setup, programming interpretation, and monitoring of production runs.
- Experience with Milling and general Machining processes for precision components and complex parts.
- Competence in Quality Control practices, including measurement, inspection.
- Ability to work confidently with industrial Machinery, including basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Qualification like ITI, 12th, diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- Experience in a precision manufacturing environment and familiarity with engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel.

Additional Information

- 8 or 12 hours duty both (optional).
- Should have experience in FANUC Controller & SEIMENS Controller.
- Salary will be based on the experience & technical knowledge.
