Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This full-time, on-site position in Noida involves overseeing business development activities, collaborating on product and service offerings, and driving partnerships that strengthen the company’s market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the business model, leading cross-functional teams, setting performance goals, and monitoring financial and operational metrics.

The Co-Founder will also engage directly with clients, guide marketing and sales efforts,



and support the recruitment and development of team members to ensure alignment with the organization’s vision and culture.
