Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in operating Fixed-Bed CMM machines, preferably Hexagon, ZEISS, or Accurate.

- Should have good knowledge of CMM programming using software such as PC-DMIS/ ZEISS CALYPSO/ArthoCAD.bAbility to create and execute 2D and 3D CMM inspection programs.

- Strong understanding of Engineering Drawings and Drawing Reading.Positive knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and its practical application during inspection.

- Ability to interpret dimensional requirements, tolerances, datum references, and GD&T; callouts from engineering drawings.

- Should be capable of performing accurate dimensional inspection and preparing inspection reports.

- Good understanding of CMM measurement techniques, probing strategies, and inspection methodologies.
