Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of 34 retail outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability across assigned stores.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, visual merchandising, and company policies.
- Manage stock, inventory, wastage, cash handling, and store expenses.
- Recruit, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business targets.
- Track store performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Supply Chain for smooth store operations.
