We are looking for Cluster Head- Operations and Marketing

Location: Kollam, Ernakulam, Calicut, Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Drive centre revenue, patient footfall, counselling conversions and IVF starts.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies for both centres.
- Build and maintain strong doctor referral networks.
- Plan and coordinate medical camps, awareness programmes and outreach activities.
- Monitor digital, offline, referral and B2B lead generation.
- Coordinate with telecalling, counselling, front office and clinical teams.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and submit performance reports to management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and adherence to company SOPs.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- IVF experience only.
- 3–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, sales or marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue and patient-acquisition targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for doctor meetings, camps and outreach activities.
