Basic Qualification required -

1. Two years of relevant experience in Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) or Four years of relevantexperience in ITI Machinist

2. Passed out DTDM Students are also eligible to apply

3. Must have knowledge in Siemens & Heidenhain controller

4. Preference will be given who has worked on 5 axis Milling Machine

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for process planning, tool and cutting parameters selection, programming, setup andoperation for machining parts on 5 axis CNC Machine Centre

- Plans machining by studying blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings

- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function

- Study required sequence of operations





- Fastens raw material and respective tool or cutter in fixture, according to sequence of operation, onappropriate machine

- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications

- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the processhas been completed properly Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
