Cluster Manager – Last Mile Operations

We operate dark store and quick commerce operations for multiple clients, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading quick commerce businesses.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee and manage multiple last-mile delivery hubs/stations within an assigned cluster or region.

The ideal candidate should have strong Last Mile Operations experience, preferably with Amazon EDSP/DSP operations, along with proven experience in managing multiple delivery stations, teams, operational KPIs, and P&L.;

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple last-mile delivery hubs/stations.
- Drive operational performance, productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
- Manage and monitor delivery associates, field teams, and station-level operations.
- Ensure achievement of key operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational capacity across multiple hubs.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, attrition, performance, and manpower requirements.
- Analyze operational data and identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle escalations and proactively resolve operational challenges.




- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
- Manage station-level and cluster-level P&L; and control operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Last Mile / Logistics / Supply Chain Operations.
- Prior experience in Amazon EDSP / DSP operations is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience managing Amazon delivery stations, DSP operations, or multiple delivery hubs will be preferred.
- Experience managing multiple stations/hubs or a regional cluster.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Proven experience managing operational KPIs and P&L.;
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and field-force management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

Candidate Profile – Preferred

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

- Amazon EDSP/DSP experience
- Experience handling multi-station / multi-cluster last-mile operations
- Experience managing large delivery associate and field teams
- Strong knowledge of Amazon last-mile processes and operational KPIs
- Experience with companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, or similar logistics organizations.
