Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Cluster Manager Asset Management Solar, based in the Rajula Gujarat. The role involves overseeing the performance, reliability, and maintenance of a cluster of solar assets, ensuring optimal energy generation and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring plant performance data, coordinating with site operations teams, managing maintenance schedules, and supervising contractors and vendors as required.

The Cluster

Manager will prepare regular performance reports, track key performance indicators,



and support root cause analysis for technical and operational issues. The role also includes budget monitoring, risk identification, implementing improvement initiatives, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support compliance, audits, and long-term asset value.

Qualifications

- Strong background in solar power or renewable energy operations, including asset management or plant management experience.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting tools related to solar plants or industrial assets.
- Experience coordinating in office operations, maintenance activities, and vendor or contractor management.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance practices in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, conduct regular plant visits, and respond promptly to operational issues.
- Engineering or technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Familiarity with project documentation, asset lifecycle management, and budgeting or cost control for operational assets.
