Role & responsibilities

- This is COE role & support function to Agency Support
- Profile will be based out of Pune & handle Pune + Nashik Cluster
- Should be effective collaborator and effectively collaborate with BM/DM/RVP Tied Agency to Drive Agency Associate Business (Variable Agency)
- Market mapping & supporting business to recruit new Agency Associate
- Analyzing schemes, incentives, benefits to AA (Agency Associate) & sharing timely feedback with management
- Ensuring seamless services to existing AA to ensure wow experience

- Set weekly/monthly governance rhythm
- Ensure AA engagement, timely payout & grievance redressal
- Drive company events like Login Day, AA Activation, AA Ticket Size, AA Launch etc.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate with 10+ years of experience in Agency Sales/Strategy (Masters or certification in insurance would be additional advantage)
- High Collaboration skill and able to manage sales stakeholders as well as AA
- Drive for Results. Able to drive business from AA Cohort
- Should understand agency business deeply
- Proven career journey in the Life Insurance Industry
- Good in communication & Management Presentation
- Positive in Data Analysis, understanding trends from data & preparing dashboards

A preferred resource should be from the Life Insurance industry from Agency Strategy, Training & QA department
