Position : Cluster Business Head

:

- Responsible for overall Sales target achievement for the assigned area and branches

- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

- Expertise in day-to- day operational work like loan disbursement & recovery mechanism

- Must be open to travelling. Regular branch visits to understand the ground pulse of both customers and employees.

- Maintain Overall portfolio and deliquency for assigned branches

- Maintain collection efficiency for the area

- Team Management & Productivity

- PDD management and document retrieval management

- Physical verification of customer business and property.

- Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.

- Coordinating with local advocate for property related reports.

- Coordinating with staff members for smooth flow of loan process.

- Reach the set targets by motivating staff in a right manner.





- Will be responsible for TAT for Customer Service /staff request closures and retention of the existing portfolio.

- Good knowledge of the local area

Work Experience:

- Minimum experience of 8-12 years in LAP . Preferably from NBFC/ MSME sector

- Must have prior experience of managing a large team

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) & or Postgraduate.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Language Proficiency: Local Language + Hindi & Or English

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.

- Good Communication skills with clarity of speech and thought

- Must have knowledge of local area, competitor knowledge/ updates

- Good at stakeholder management and engagement

- Must have a can do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
