Description Cloud AI Engineer role on Google Cloud’s Technical Onboarding Center team, focused on helping strategic customers adopt Gemini Enterprise and Google’s Agentic AI suite. The role emphasizes production-ready architectures, technical leadership, and customer enablement.

Experience

- 3 years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or technical consulting
- 2 years of experience building and deploying GenAI applications, intelligent agents, or LLM-powered solutions to production
- Experience building and orchestrating agents using ADKs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen
- Experience designing modern application architectures, including API design and microservices
- Experience integrating AI models into existing enterprise software systems
- Experience with Python

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery, deployment, and implementation of Gemini Enterprise solutions
- Use ADKs to solve complex, enterprise-scale technical customer challenges
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers
- Shape customer AI strategy and accelerate adoption of Gemini Enterprise
- Provide architectural guidance on existing product challenges
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to address gaps




- Architect scalable workarounds for edge cases
- Deliver leading practice recommendations and technical presentations to business and technical stakeholders
- Adapt presentations for different stakeholder levels, including C-suite executives
- Proactively foster Gemini Enterprise adoption and enablement
- Design and implement robust, production-ready application architectures
- Support customer use cases with Gemini Enterprise and core Google AI products
- Help customers transform workflows with autonomous agents
- Remove technical barriers to successful deployment and high adoption
- Monitor application performance
- Debug and troubleshoot complex agent behaviors
- Address customer and partner needs
- Lead the end-to-end execution of adopting Google Cloud Platform solutions to the customer

Additional Responsibilities

- Work with customers to identify opportunities to transform workflows
- Ensure timely execution of customer adoption initiatives
- Support security, reliability, and scalability expectations in cloud solutions
- Enable customers across developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies
- Work in a global workplace with English proficiency required

Nice To Have

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Google Cloud Professional certifications




- Experience implementing scalable RAG architectures
- Experience securely connecting LLMs with external productivity tools such as Google Workspace
- Experience connecting LLMs with complex enterprise databases in high-traffic environments
- Experience leading technical project deployments
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Experience acting as the technical lead on large-scale cloud transformations
- Experience deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise-grade generative AI platforms, particularly Gemini Enterprise
- Understanding of data privacy regulations
- Understanding of enterprise-grade AI compliance requirements
