Role Description The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is a full-time role based in Vadodara with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in office and work-from-home responsibilities. The CRA will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical research projects and clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Day-to-day activities include reviewing and implementing study protocols, coordinating with investigators and site staff, managing documentation, and tracking study progress and timelines.

The role involves conducting site visits (as needed),



verifying data quality and source documentation, reporting deviations or issues, and supporting clinical operations activities such as start-up, enrollment, and close-out. The CRA will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote best practices in clinical research and contribute to ClinSphere’s educational and training initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of clinical research processes, including Clinical Trials and Clinical Research Associate responsibilities.
- Ability to work with and interpret study Protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Experience or training in Clinical Operations, including site coordination, documentation management, and study logistics.
- Solid Research skills, including data review, basic analysis, and critical evaluation of clinical data.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Proficiency with standard office and research-related software tools; familiarity with electronic data capture systems is an advantage.
- Prior internship or experience in clinical research or pharmacovigilance is preferred but not mandatory.
