We are looking for a Clinical Data Associate to support data review and cleaning activities across clinical studies. The position involves working with clinical databases, reviewing eCRFs, handling data queries and coordinating with study teams to resolve discrepancies.

Key work areas

- Review clinical data entered in EDC systems for completeness and consistency
- Check eCRFs for missing, duplicate, inconsistent or out-of-range entries
- Raise, track and resolve data queries with clinical sites and study teams
- Review query responses and confirm corrections before closure
- Assist with reconciliation of laboratory, safety and other external data
- Support medical coding and data classification activities as required
- Maintain query logs, data review trackers and study documentation
- Assist with database cleaning and preparation for database lock
- Follow study-specific data management plans, SOPs and quality procedures
- Coordinate with Clinical Data Management and Clinical Operations teams on outstanding issues





Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in clinical research or clinical data management
- Basic knowledge of clinical trials, eCRFs and EDC systems
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Valuable written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with study data accurately
- Freshers with relevant clinical research internships or academic projects may apply
