Aabha Skin Clinic is a dedicated dermatology and wellness practice committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and polite Clinic Assistant to support our lead doctor and ensure the daily operations of the clinic run smoothly.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Tuesday & Thursday Evenings: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Front Desk Management: Open and close the clinic daily, manage patient flow in the waiting room, and ensure a welcoming, respectful setting.
- Patient Coordination: Provide patients with their files, explain medication usage and costs clearly, and process payments (Cash/GPay).
- Clinical Assistance: Assist the doctor directly during dermatological procedures (such as peels, cautery, MNRF, and lasers), set up treatment equipment, and sanitize medical tools.
- Inventory & Medication: Compound medications as instructed, package prescribed items, organize inventory, and track stock levels.
- Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a highly clean and hygienic workspace, manage the setup of treatment beds, clear medical waste trays, and coordinate with cleaning staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer patient calls, assist visiting Medical Representatives (MRs) according to the clinic's schedule, and manage daily billing records.

Requirements

- Education:



Minimum 12th pass (HSC) required; university graduates preferred.
- Languages: Must be able to speak, read and write English, Hindi and Marathi
- Tech Proficiency: Must be highly comfortable operating an iPad and navigating digital tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and billing.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting, dermatology clinic, or salon/spa is a plus, but freshers eager to learn are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills and a polite, patient-facing demeanor.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding patient privacy, following strict hygiene protocols, and handling payments.
- Must present professionally (neatly ironed clothes, tied hair) and be highly responsive to the doctor's immediate instructions.
- Discretion and strict adherence to patient confidentiality and clinic trade secrets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
