Primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
