We run a B2B brand and design agency out of Pune. Our clients are industrial, manufacturing, pharma and real estate companies. Responsible businesses with serious buyers.

We are looking for someone to own client servicing across our accounts. Not to shadow the founder. To run the day.

What the job actually is

You are the person the client hears from. Every day. You know the status of every deliverable, you catch the problem before they do, and you send the update before they ask for it.

When the founder is in the room, you support. When he is not, you hold it. That second part is the job.

What you will own

- Daily client calls, briefs, priorities. You take the brief and you get it right.
- Minutes of every meeting, sent the same day, on WhatsApp and email
- The daily pipeline. Built before the day starts, reconciled before it ends.
- Assigning work to designers and developers on ClickUp, tracking it to delivery
- Quality checking every deliverable against the brief before it reaches the client
- Weekly and monthly reports to clients
- Escalating what needs the founder, handling what does not

What we need from you

- 3 to 4 years in an agency or studio. This is not negotiable.



You should already know how client work moves.
- Written English that needs no editing. You will write to CEOs and directors.
- Composure. Clients get cold, deadlines get tight. You stay steady.
- You own mistakes flat. No explaining around it.
- If you are asked whether you completed a check, your answer is accurate. Always.
- ClickUp or similar, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoho Suite.
- Hindi and Marathi are a real advantage with our Pune clients

Not for you if

- You want creative or strategy input on client work. That is not this role.
- You go quiet when something goes wrong
- You need the founder on every call to feel safe
- You mark a checklist complete without running it
