Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing professional to manage client relationships, understand requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.

Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.

Manage regular follow-ups and provide timely updates.

Prepare client-related reports, presentations, proposals, and documents.

Support client retention, upselling, and business growth.

Maintain records of client communication and pending actions.

Handle basic MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

Requirements





Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Valuable convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Good presentation and reporting abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Customer-focused approach with robust problem-solving skills.

Significant: Candidates with poor communication skills will not be considered.
