1. CLIENT SERVICING & EVENT COORDINATOR

Location: GoaJob Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Take over clients after confirmation Understand the couple/client’s requirements in detail Coordinate décor, production, hospitality, logistics, artists, sound/light and other requirements Prepare event checklists and timelines Coordinate with hotels and vendors Attend client meetings and venue recce Maintain approved designs, costing and BOQ Communicate final requirements to the production team Be present during event setup and execution Ensure commitments made to clients are fulfilled Handle last-minute requirements professionally Complete post-event handover and reports

Who we’re looking for: Excellent communication and people-management skills Highly organised and responsible Able to work under pressure Comfortable with long/event working hours when required Good knowledge of Excel,



PowerPoint/Canva and Google Drive Wedding/event/hospitality experience preferred Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may apply

We work across wedding planning & décor, event production, sound/light/AV, hospitality, logistics, venue coordination, artist management and corporate events.
