About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing & Business Development Executive to join our team in office in Punjab. In this role, you will be the bridge between our corporate clients and our internal event production teams—generating B2B leads, pitching creative event solutions, and ensuring flawless client satisfaction from brief to execution.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Business Development: Identify and pitch to corporate clients, MNCs, and brands for upcoming corporate events, conferences, annual meets, and brand activations.
- ​Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event briefs, objectives, and budget expectations.
- ​Proposals & Pitching: Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to build tailored event presentations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- ​Execution Alignment: Maintain regular client communication throughout event planning and be present on-ground during key events to manage client relations.




- ​Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate accounts to drive repeat business and retain key clients.

​Qualifications & Skills:
- ​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- ​3 –4 years of experience in client servicing, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in an event management agency or hospitality/MICE). Freshers with strong internship experience in events are welcome to apply.
- ​Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- ​Basic understanding of event budgets, costing, and proposal drafting.

​Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple event deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹11,592.54 - ₹20,976.69 per month
